My 3 sisters, my mother and I stayed for 3 nights last week. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and especially the quality of our 3 bedroom unit on the top floor. It was roomy, spacious and very luxurious with the big corner lounge that looked brand new. We will certainly come back at any time. Excellent service.

We stayed in these apartments for 2 nights as part of a road trip from Airlie Beach to Brisbane. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and in a fabulous location. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and offered some local tips. These apartments are by far the best we have stayed in during our trip and I would highly recommend them. Everything. Peaceful, yet always something to do or some where to eat/drink. Close proximity to eating places, walk paths and the beach. Staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating, exceeded our expectations.

For an older apartment it was fully equipped and was immaculately clean. Beds comfy and staff friendly and accommodating.

Great customer service from Boudey. He was excellent and so understanding when we had an issue with the AC There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The managers were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and conveniently located next to the best (and busiest!) Ice cream store in town. The on site pool was large and the facilities surrounding it were excellent. They had a toilet conveniently located in the pool area as well as a BBQ next to the enclosed family room for dining and lots of games. We loved our entire stay.

Our stay was wonderful, as was the apartment and the view over the pool, palms and greenery of the park areas across the road reminded me of Indonesia. Once again thank you for a wonderful stay and such a well maintained and welcoming accommodation.

Exemplary. Generous size refurbished apartment. All the appliances you need. Easy walk to pub and the best fish and chip shop. Management arranged our whale tour, it was great and they pick up at White Crest. Staff are exceptional helpful and friendly. We love them.

We had a room on the top floor with a tree view. It was quiet, clean and reasonably private. The tree view was nothing special but the afternoon sunset and the sight and sound of the local birds were very nice. There’s nothing to complain about, perhaps next time we stay we may try for an ocean view but we know we need to book very early.

Leave the car in the secured basement as Whitecrest is perfectly located between the beach suburbs of Scarness and Torquay! A leisurely stroll to either locale where you’ll find quality restaurants or beach front cafes - Aquaview @ Torquay beach or Beachfront hotel ( ol’ Scarb) or La Bella both at Scarness is a must visit! The beach across road is simply stunning - pristine at day break during high tide! If you’ve looking for a peaceful relaxing break away from it all, choose Whitecrest and be pleasantly surprised! Clean, comfortable with fantastic hosts (Bob and Julie) and staff made our long weekend incredibly enjoyable! We’ll be back… the big beautiful bay… Whitecrest… the perfect beach break!

The location was excellent, right across the road from the beach, heaps of restaurants, cafes, a couple of nice pubs. If you have kids it would be great, heaps of play grounds.

This apartment is spacious and a great home away from home. The kitchen had everything you need for a short holiday. Both of the bedrooms felt good so that the second bedroom didn't feel second best. It's nice to have an outdoor area to sit and relax and eat a meal.

Our room was 105 and surprisingly we got a very large balcony which was very exceptional. The room itself was very well designed with nice portion sizes for bedrooms, lounge room, laundry, kitchen and bathroom/toilet. We also love that carpark is very secure located under the building. Although if you do have guest visiting, visitor parking is also plenty towards the back of the building. Location of this apartment was so close to very best fish and chip shop and icecream shop in Hervey Bay.

Came here for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. We didn't use the pool however we used the tennis court and rented rackets at the front desk. Plenty of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and will continue to do so. Management is so friendly and nothing is a problem here. Location is fantastic with everything you need in walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. So pleased we found this place. Looking forward to next time

Enjoyable and relaxing place to stay, super close to everything and the staff are accommodating and super helpful.

The property was comfortable, clean and well located. The bedroom was huge, lovely lounge room, kitchen, laundry. One small criticism that wasn’t a big deal is that the bathroom is a little tired. My partner was in hospital (which is why I was there) and the staff were caring, supportive, helpful and friendly.

Spotlessly clean, great location...walk across the road to an amazing bay swimming beach. Lots of families, safe place to swim and walk. Friendly staff...would stay again. The pool was not heated for the first couple of days which was a shame. But this was sorted and then all good.

The staff are fantastic! We had to change our dates due to unforeseen circumstances and Boudey was so accommodating. He and Jeanette are so friendly and helpful and really make the place. We were short walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. Playground and beach right across the road. We stayed with a group of friends in different rooms, everyone loved their stay. Nothing to fault and we’re already planning another trip. Definitely plan to stay here again.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Access to the unit is so easy with underground parking and a lift. Food, drink and shopping in close walking distance. The book exchange and ice cream shop were my favourites. The hotel managers are so lovely and accommodating. I can't fault our stay.

Ahh, where to even start! The apartment was clean, comfortable, cute, and extra spacious for one, which made it feel very luxurious. It was also really well-equipped, with everything in the kitchen that I could've wanted, and a separate laundry room (which I didn't use as I only stayed for two nights, but it looked very practical). Extra points for the really comfy recliner chairs/sofa in the living room and an excellent shower, and the balcony where I could watch the changing of the guard from hundreds of rainbow lorikeets to flying foxes around sunset. The beach was a minute away, just across the street, and there were several nice restaurants nearby to get food from. Also, the staff was extra friendly every time that I interacted with them, and getting keys when arriving after hours was simple. So, just in case it wasn't clear, I really loved it!

This apartment was by far the best accommodation we had on our travel down the east coast. The rooms were huge and the pools were amazing! It felt like living in paradise! We can definitely recommend.

It was very clean and comfortable and the position was fantastic!The children loved the pool and also being able to run around on the tennis court. The staff we met on arrival were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out with various things.

From the moment we pulled up outside in the car on a rainy Sunday and Jeannette met me with an umbrella to escort me to reception, I knew we were going to like White Crest. The property is immaculately clean, spacious, and little touches like luggage trollies, and ice pops for the kids at the pool made this stay unforgettable. Jeanette and Kevin are wonderful hosts, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The pool is lovely, and the family games room is great if you have kids with you. Underground secure parking was also a benefit. An ideal base to visit Hervey Bay and beyond. A real home from home, but actually better because you are on holiday.
